THE OIL MILL

Besides selling his oil and the oil produced by other local farmers, Marcolini Company Oil Mill provides some other services:

• Olives Milling on behalf of a third party, weighing olives in automatic platform balances, for both small and large quantities.
• Stripping of leaves and olives washing included in the price you pay for the milling.

The milling system of Rapanelli firm (a company located at Foligno- PG) is totally made up of stainless steel and it has been built recently. It can mill 10/11 quintals per hour, allowing to start the olives working process in the shortest time from the harvesting.

Procedures take place in ambient temperature, so olives are totally cold pressed.

The extractor is a double-extraction machine, with a second extraction of oil from husks (olive residues).
